Chris Wood scores winner to pile more misery on Oliver Glasner's Palace

Crystal Palace's difficult start to the Premier League continued as they lost away at the upwardly mobile Nottingham Forest. Chris Wood's second-half strike was the difference, as Oliver Glasner saw his side remain winless and in trouble at the foot of the table. Eberechi Eze had sights of goal and Palace played well in patches, but it wasn't enough.

Wood grabbed his fifth goal of the season with an instinctual first-time finish in what ended up being the winner against Palace. Forest have only conceded six goals so far in eight matches this season, making these strikes from their main man up front that more crucial.
